At Maxillofacial Diagnostics, we do not collect personal information from Users who identify themselves as under the age of 13 except where we receive verifiable parental consent. In the case of minors under the age of 13, we will collect the email addresses of both the User and the parents (or legal guardians). We will use the parents' email address to send the parents messages such as: one-time activation of the child's account, notify the parent about our privacy practices and send the parents communications regarding the child's account at Maxillofacial Diagnostics. The User may also request to remove their submitted personal, specific personal and medical data from Maxillofacial Diagnostics databases at any time by sending an email to contact@Maxillofacial Diagnostics.com. In compliance with the provisions under this Policy, Maxillofacial Diagnostics will delete or block the personal data and specific personal data of the User as soon as the User has requested to do so. However, for the purpose of being able to trace and document the history of inquiries of the User or Providers in the event of any legal disputes related to Providers contacted by the User via Maxillofacial Diagnostics’s platform, Maxillofacial Diagnostics will keep his or her email address or phone number. Maxillofacial Diagnostics will not use this data for any other purpose than the aforementioned reason, in particular not for any promotional purposes, after such a request from the User. Please note even though the data is erased from the storage as soon as the use requests are received, normally it will take about 10-12 months for the internal logs to reflect this change.
Maxillofacial Diagnostics does not store or keep credit card data in a location that is accessible via the Internet. Once a credit card transaction has been completed, all credit card data is moved off-line only to ensure that the data/credit card information received is not accessible to anyone after completion of the on-line transaction and to ensure the maximum security. Maxillofacial Diagnostics uses maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or any data / information in respect of electronic transfer of money does not fall in the wrong hands.
Maxillofacial Diagnostics shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.
